Healthy support from pregnancy through age 5
The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program provides nutrition support and resources to help families grow strong and healthy—from conception through a child’s 5th birthday.

 

What Can WIC Offer Your Family?

✔ Healthy foods each month to support pregnancy, infants, and young children
✔ Breastfeeding support, including lactation help and breast pumps
✔ Formula assistance for families who choose or need formula feeding
✔ Nutrition education to help you make the most of your food choices
✔ Referrals to health care and community resources

WIC supports all feeding choices—breastfeeding, combination feeding, and formula feeding.

 

Easy & Family-Friendly Appointments

  • Appointments only every 3 months
  • Some appointments can be completed over the phone
  • Designed to fit busy family schedules 

Who Can Apply?

You may qualify if you: 

  • Are pregnant, postpartum or breastfeeding
  • Have an infant or child under age 5
  • Meet income guidelines or participate in programs like Medicaid, SNAP or TANF
