Thursday 1:00pm-5:00pm
Friday 7:30-12:00pm
Appointments encouraged, walk-ins accepted based on availability. 

The Family Planning and STI testing program plays a critical role in ensuring confidential access to a broad range of family planning and related sexual health services for all individuals ages 12 years and older. We focus on preventative care, education, and helping individuals and families make informed decisions about their health – whether they are planning a family now, later, or not at all.

 Contraceptive counseling & education  Pregnancy testing and counseling
 Support in achievement of pregnancy   Basic infertility services & referrals
 HIV Testing & risk reduction counseling  Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) Therapy
 Annual Well-Person visits  Education & Counseling for Unique Individual Needs

 

Preventative Health Services: Pelvic Exams, Cervical Cancer Screening, Breast Health Education & Cancer Screening, Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Vaccination, Prostate Cancer Screening, Blood Pressure Screening, Diabetes Risk Screening, Cholesterol Screening, Immunization Review & Referral

Fees and Eligibility
Fees are based on a sliding scale and vary depending on services. Medicaid and private insurance are billed when applicable. Payment is requested at time of services and can be made by cash, checks and credit/debit cards. Services will not be denied due to inability to pay.
